Hart PA for this service is non-refundable and earned upon receipt. There is no guarantee that you will be selected, which is a pre-requisite to thereafter proceeding to the filing of the actual H-1B petition. If you are selected, the preparation and submission of your H-1B petition to USCIS shall be the subject matter of another legal fee agreement.
